We wish to advise our members that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 9 December.
This Meeting will be held in Rivat House at Marcellin College, and will commence at 7pm.
We will also be allowing our Members to join this meeting via Zoom. Details can be found below.The Agenda of the meeting will be as follows:
- To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting;
- To receive and consider the Annual Report of the preceeding financial year;
- To receive and consider the Financial Report of the preceeding financial year; and
- To nominate members of the Committee.
Only members may vote at this meeting. Members are:
- Players who are financial (paid their 2020 subs, or had their subs sponsored this year);
- Financial Golden Eagles;
- Club Legends; or
- Life Members.
We wish to advise that Chiara Moretta will not be nominating for her position as Vice-President, and we will be seeking nominations specifically for that position as well as other positions.
All Nominations for the Committee must be made to the Club Secretary at secretary@marcellinocfc.com.au prior to the AGM. This, as well as the Proxy votes, must be done no later than Wednesday 8 December at 7:00pm. You may access the Proxy Form here.
