We wish to advise our members that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 17 December.
This Meeting will be held in the Functions Room at Marcellin College and will commence at 8:00pm.
We will also be allowing our Members to join this meeting via Google Meet (see below).
The Agenda of the meeting will be as follows:
- To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting;
- To receive and consider the Annual Report of the preceeding financial year;
- To receive and consider the Financial Report of the preceeding financial year;
- Special Resolution: To receive and consider the proposed amendments to the Own Rules; and
- To nominate members of the Committee.
Only members may vote at this meeting. Members are:
- Registered players who are financial (paid their 2024 player subscription fees, or had their subscription fees sponsored this year);
- Marcellin Coterie Group Members (Golden Eagles and Platinum Coterie Group Members);
- Club Legends; or
- Life Members.
All Nominations for the Committee must be made to the Club Secretary prior to the AGM at admin@marcellinocfc.com.au. This, as well as the Proxy votes, must be done no later than Monday 16 December at 8:00pm.
