We wish to advise our members that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Thursday 14 December.
This Meeting will be held in the Functions Room at Marcellin College and will commence at 7:30pm.
We will also be allowing our Members to join this meeting via Google Meet (see below).
The Agenda of the meeting will be as follows:
To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting;
To receive and consider the Annual Report of the preceeding financial year;
To receive and consider the Financial Report of the preceeding financial year; and
To nominate members of the Committee.
Only members may vote at this meeting. Members are:
Players who are financial (paid their 2023 subs, or had their subs sponsored this year);
Financial Golden Eagles;
Club Legends; or
Life Members.
All Nominations for the Committee must be made to the Club Secretary at admin@marcellinocfc.com.au prior to the AGM. This, as well as the Proxy votes, must be done no later than Wednesday 13 December at 7:30pm.
