We wish to advise our members that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Monday 5 December.
This Meeting will be held in the Old Boys Room at Marcellin College, and will commence at 7:30pm.
We will also be allowing our Members to join this meeting via Google Meet. Details of this will be updated shortly. The Agenda of the meeting will be as follows:
- To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting;
- To receive and consider the Annual Report of the preceeding financial year;
- To receive and consider the Financial Report of the preceeding financial year; and
- To nominate members of the Committee.
Only members may vote at this meeting. Members are:
- Players who are financial (paid their 2022 subs, or had their subs sponsored this year);
- Financial Golden Eagles;
- Club Legends; or
- Life Members.
All Nominations for the Committee must be made to the Club Secretary at secretary@marcellinocfc.com.au prior to the AGM. This, as well as the Proxy votes, must be done no later than Sunday 4 December at 7:00pm.
