Congratulations to one of our favourites in Zac Tolley who will crack 100 games this weekend against Old Ivanhoe!
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Zac Tolley on the milestone he will reach this Saturday when he pulls on the jumper for the 100th time. Having played with Zac since high school days but also opposing him in junior footy, he has always been a talented yet one way player.
Having been an integral part of an underwhelming 19s team, he relished stepping up to open age footy, playing a key role in the 2017 reserves grand final in his second year at the club. From here, he excelled at reserves level, showcased by the 2019 reserves best and fairest. However, the wuhan flu provided the time to have Zac Tolley shave his head to look like Eleven from Stranger Things and embrace her resiliance to take the step up to senior footy and establish himself as one of the best players at the club. After all, all you need to do is ask how many disposals he has had the last month.
Off the footy field, you will often see Zac with a beer in hand talking about his two main loves, the Brisbane Lions and Airplanes. An overall great member of the community, no one deserves a win on the weekend more than Zac.
Go well my friend and looking forward to hearing how many disposals you’ve had afterwards!
